The president and chief executive of graphic chip supplier Nvidia Corp. received compensation valued at $7.6 million in fiscal 2008, a 27 percent increase from the previous year, according to a regulatory filing Friday.
The Santa Clara, Calif.-based company paid Jen-Hsun Huang $584,083 in base salary and a one-time bonus of $150,000. Huang also received non-equity incentive plan compensation of $2.25 million. Huang, who co-founded the company in April 1993, received stock and option awards valued at $4.6 million on the days they were granted.
