          Well, it's not like caps are anything new anyway. America must subscribe to the HURP DERP style marketing scheme for it's internet, because it makes no sense to me.

                              same as in belgium... 10gb limit per month if you go passed that depending on the provider you either get kicked on smallband (which is still pretty awesome depending again on which isp you got) or you have to pay extra per gig... now when you get kicked on smallband you usually can add a download package of like 5gb for 5€... that's like dno 8 USD
