Mii-Style Avatars for the XBOX?

So, another rumor swirling around the vast sea that is the internet are Mii-style avatars for the XBOX. Now, personally, I don't really like the idea..but that's not the point here.

The point is that there is a possibility these things are being worked on, and like them or hate them, if they show up, they'll no doubt be here to stay.

After all, it is Microsoft, and they will do as they please.

At any rate, I got this bit of information from a few places, so I just stuck with the link from G4.

      No, just....no. This makes me want to cry. I don't want Mii-like cutesy avatars, I'd rather have something like Sony's Home. Honestly, most Xbox gamers are either in their teens or college; Microsoft doesn't need to be appealing to the "family" gamers that play. Well, if it does happen, give us the option to blow other people up and I'll be happy. :D
