MFC creators are suing Ubisoft over a claim that they first signed a deal with them to produce My Fitness Coach for the Wii, but then began work on My Weight Loss Coach after missing the Wii Fit launch window. The suit was filed on July 16 and seeks at least $26 million for a breach of license agreement and continued damage. The money will make up for licensing fees ResponDesign was expecting from Ubisoft as well as all the royalties.

Codemasters today issued a press release advising that Overlord: Raising Hell now has a demo. Furthermore, you can head online to the PlayStation Store right now and check it out without spending a cent!

Among the video games Electronic Arts showed off in a press preview last week at the Supper Club in San Francisco was DeadSpace. And it was very bloody.

This is the survival-horror game that debuts on Halloween and is EA’s bid to create a cross-platform franchise. EA will be releasing a comic book series, animated TV show and video game based on the same DeadSpace universe.
