Square Enix has announced Song Summoner: The Unsung Heroes, a new strategy RPG exclusively for the iPod which uses a player's songs to generate new 'Tune Troopers' to battle an evil Mechanical Militia.

After weeks of speculation, Blizzard has officially announced Diablo III at its World Wide Invitational event in Paris.
